An entrepreneur and businessman with a lot of experience managing successful ventures. Dorian was the CEO of Andora Group (Japanika, Susu & Sons, etc.), and founded Primero Group together with Fadi Dabbah (owner of Angus chain). On top of that, he founded Bar Master - a leading Israeli barmen school, and provided coffee and drink consultation for Isrotel hotel chain. Today, as Supreme Group CEO, Dorian manages about 10 culinary and tech companies.
A seasoned software architect with more than 20 years of experience working with small and large and known companies (Google, Amazon, etc.). As Supreme’s Head of Technology Branch, Dor brings with him an optimal software development cycle that combines quality, agility, and speed without compromising on any of them. His focus is macro-level creative combining of efforts - so every Supreme company helps all the others.
Professional and creative chef, with more than two decades of experience and international culinary knowledge. He was the sous-chef of Le Paradis Du Fruit, a successful French restaurant chain, opened their main branch on the Champs-Élysées, and continued his “world tour” as a sous-chef in London and Canada. Together with Aviad Yitzhaki and Dor Kleiman, he founded the Byren Market chain in 2013. His appreciation for meat, which he shares with Dorian Copitt, led them to found Supreme Group together. As the group’s Head Chef, Ofer is responsible for the culinary inventiveness and high level of all the restaurants he manages.In addition, Ofer’s out-of-the-box thinking is what created NFT Booster, the NFT company of the Technology Branch.
Marketing professional with vast experience from a young age. He was the Service and Training manager of stores under Spinners company in USA and Canada. When he was back in Israel, he founded Byren Market together with Ofer Wolffheim and Dor Kleiman, created the entire order system of the chain while he was responsible for the training program of the waiters. Today Aviad brings forth his marketing experience to the Culinary Branch of Supreme, and all the social media publishing is under his management. In addition, together with Dorian Copitt and Ofer Wolffheim, Aviad is part of the management team of “The Pitmasters” in Facebook - a meat lovers group with over 51K members.
